We started New Harvest with a bold idea: what if wine could evolve to meet the way people live today? For centuries, wine has been about social connection, ritual, and craft. But as more people move away from alcohol, we saw an opportunity to preserve everything we love about wine – the pour, the flavor, the pause, without the parts that hold you back.
Rooted in the heart of Paso Robles, our wines begin like any fine vintage, grown and crafted by seasoned winemakers with decades of expertise. Through a careful process, we gently remove the alcohol and infuse each bottle with fast-acting, flavorless THC. The result is a refined new way to enjoy wine: all of the taste, tradition, and togetherness – none of the hangover.
