FAQs
Have questions about THC infused wine?
Is New Harvest really wine?
Yes. Each bottle begins in Paso Robles, California, where our grapes are grown, harvested, and crafted by seasoned winemakers. We then gently remove the alcohol and infuse the wine with fast-acting THC. The result is all the character and ritual of fine wine without the alcohol, or the hangover.
How much THC is in a serving?
Each 5oz glass contains 5mg of THC, carefully calibrated for a light, balanced experience. That’s enough to feel pleasantly elevated without being overwhelming. A full bottle contains 20mg THC.
How long does it take to feel the effects?
Most people notice the effects within 15–30 minutes. We recommend starting slow and savoring—much like enjoying a traditional glass of wine.
What does it taste like?
It tastes like wine, because it is. Expect the structure, depth, and varietal character of premium Paso Robles wines. Since the THC is flavorless, the grape is what shines through, not the cannabis.
Will this feel like an edible?
Not quite. At 5mg per glass, the effect is smoother, more social, and more in-the-moment than a typical edible. Think of it as a refined alternative – designed to elevate, not overwhelm.
What makes this different from other non-alcoholic wines?
Most non-alcoholic wines can taste thin or overly sweet. Because New Harvest begins with premium Paso Robles wine and uses advanced dealcoholization methods, the integrity of the flavor, structure, and mouthfeel remain beautifully intact – even without the alcohol.
Is this meant to replace alcohol?
If you’re looking for a refined alternative, yes. Whether you’re cutting back or cutting out alcohol entirely, New Harvest offers the same ritual and satisfaction of wine, elevated by the calm, balanced experience of THC. No alcohol, fewer calories, and no hangover.
When should I enjoy it?
Whenever you’d reach for a great glass of wine, just with better results. Perfect for dinner parties, relaxing after work, or gathering with friends. It’s made for moments of connection, without the next-day compromise.
Where is New Harvest made?
New Harvest is crafted at the Silver Hawk winery in Paso Robles, California, one of the state’s most celebrated winemaking regions. Our wines are grown, harvested, and produced with the same care as any fine vintage, then gently dealcoholized and infused with flavorless, fast-acting THC.
Can I drive after drinking this?
No. Like alcohol, THC can impair coordination and judgment. Please consume responsibly and never drive while under the influence.
Can I serve this at a gathering?
Absolutely – but transparency is key. Make sure guests know it contains THC, and keep it clearly labeled if served alongside non-infused beverages.
